Raw Vegan Almond Cheese






Ingredients:

1 cup of water-soaked, skinned raw almonds
2 handful of soaked cashews
½ cup of organic virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 lemon
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ cup of water


Preparation

Add all ingredients into a high-power blender and blend until it is creamy.
