Vegan Inari Sushi
Ingredients:
- 100g
homemade sauerkraut
- 20g
ginger
- 2 cups
of rice
- A little
white sesame
- 20~30
pieces of bean skin
- Seasoning:
- 100 g
glutinous rice vinegar
- 50 g
sugar,
- 5 g sea salt
Procedure:
- Saute the sauerkraut and ginger using oil.
- Make the sushi vinegar by boiling all the seasonings together and let them cool.
- Cook
the rice and add the sushi vinegar and mix well, then add the sauerkraut and
white sesame.
- After
the sushi rice is cool, wet your hand, pick some rice, make it into a tight oval ball, and stuff it into the bean skin.
- Put the perilla ginger besides the sushi when serving.
