Vegan Inari Sushi



Ingredients:

  1. 100g homemade sauerkraut
  2. 20g ginger
  3. 2 cups of rice
  4. A little white sesame
  5. 20~30 pieces of bean skin
  6. Seasoning:
  7. 100 g glutinous rice vinegar
  8. 50 g sugar,
  9. 5 g sea salt

Procedure:

  1. Saute the sauerkraut and ginger using oil.
  2. Make the sushi vinegar by boiling all the seasonings together and let them cool.
  3. Cook the rice and add the sushi vinegar and mix well, then add the sauerkraut and white sesame.
  4. After the sushi rice is cool, wet your hand, pick some rice, make it into a tight oval ball, and stuff it into the bean skin.
  5. Put the perilla ginger besides the sushi when serving.
