Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
2 Tbsp gluten free flour
1 Tbsp potato starch
1/3 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
oil for frying
Preparation:
Wash all the potatoes, peel and grate.
Add flour, salt and pepper, and mix well.
Add oil to a frying pan and warm it up.
With a table spoon put the potato pulp on the frying pan and fry both sides until golden.
